I enjoyed my stay and can see potential here, though improvements to the facilities and guest rules would help. Service was pretty slow, and the hotel often seemed short-staffed. I was mainly there because my friend works at the hotel, but he couldn’t come onto the premises while off duty because he was an employee. In the end, we had to go elsewhere to find a bar, which was inconvenient and frustrating.

Zainab, the manager, made a real effort to help me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The customer service was excellent, and that kind of genuine hospitality is hard to come by. I had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

The rooms in the higher price range were neat, and everything was very clean. Food was good too, and the staff gave good service. The check-in could be smoother.

The place is right on the main road, and the service was kind and good. Breakfast is best avoided. They call it an “assisted buffet,” where someone else dishes out your food, which feels unnecessary and makes service slower. The pool area was another issue: the music was unpleasantly loud, so I’d avoid rooms facing it. The water was green, and the pool seemed more like a pond for ducks.

10/10
The food was really good, especially the local dishes, and I loved having a breakfast buffet with different options. The chef knows what they’re doing. My room wasn’t nice, possibly because there was a lot of maintenance going on, and I wasn’t satisfied with it. The customer service, though, was amazing. Staff were quick to respond and really did their best to make me comfortable.
