PHIL O.
The place looks fine from outside, but inside it doesn't match that impression. Music from the bar and other busy activity around the neighborhood make it too noisy. The price they're asking is far too high for the poor service.

The access road is still being built by the state government, which makes getting there inconvenient. Inside, my standard room cost ₦30,000 a night and was uncomfortable: mosquitoes everywhere, a foul-smelling, run-down bathroom I couldn't bring myself to use, and an air conditioner that rattled loudly. The bed also felt like an orthopaedic one and wasn't comfortable for someone of ordinary weight. The place needs a major renovation. My stay was disappointing, and I doubt the more expensive rooms would be any better. If comfort matters to you, I'd look elsewhere.
The road there is dusty, and the rooms have huge mosquitoes. After I checked out, a staff member started calling me to ask for money. I wouldn't recommend it.
The staff are good, the place is comfortable, and there are no thieves.
It's clean and tidy, with good lighting, reliable power, and good customer service. The room itself is small, though. The bathroom takes up almost as much space as the room, and there's only about two feet between the bed and the opposite wall. You can hear even a quiet conversation outside, including from the stairs. At the time of this review, prices started at ₦17,000.
