The customer service was nice, but I didn't like the place. The restrooms were in bad shape, and they didn't have enough basic items like towels.

Every time, the experience is bad. The staff are completely useless and unprofessional.

The service was very poor. This hotel just isn't worth it.

I wish I could give it half a star. The building looks like it could collapse at any moment. Kano state emergency agency should make an unannounced visit to the facility. Please take this seriously so people don't lose their lives unnecessarily.

Mosquitoes were everywhere, and there was no hot water. They really need to take maintenance seriously.
