It's a lovely, peaceful setting, though the customer service team and room keepers need to step up.

The food was very good, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Some breakfast items on the menu weren't available, so it needs reprinting. Leaves from a nearby tree keep falling into the pool. Management should talk to the neighbours about trimming it, or have staff clear the pool every hour.

The room has plenty of space, and the meals taste good, but they're too expensive. Staff, from security through to reception, need training to be more polite, friendly, and professional. The bathroom windows should also have nets to keep out creeping things if they're opened.

There's not much parking, but they do have a good conference room for meetings. The rooms are spacious, and the restaurant serves good dishes. I especially enjoyed the seafood okra and seafood rice. Nice, smart staff, and a great atmosphere.
