The rooms are cozy, neat, and well laid out for the price, and the rates are very reasonable. It's a secure spot in the heart of Port Harcourt, with 24-hour electricity and friendly, professional staff. The hotel is on Stadium Road just by Kilimajaroroad. Its current name is Zaazi Hotel, though Google still uses the old name Areiva Suites.

The rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy, and the staff were very professional. There's a bush bar for evening sit-outs, and a luggage scanner at the entrance. I got a massive discount for a one-night stay, with breakfast included, though I didn't try it so can't speak to the quality. The water in the shower didn't work, even though the wash-hand water was fine, and the toilet seat was a bit shaky. Still, it was a pleasant experience. 8/10, would recommend.

Arriva Suite is a cozy hotel and a nice place to rest and enjoy yourself if you're looking for somewhere quiet. The service was prompt and the staff cheerful, and the rates are affordable. There's also a restaurant on the same street with affordable, delicious food.

We got a very good discount for two nights, and the service was great. The rooms are spacious, the sheets clean, and the ambience is great. The food was quite affordable for the portion size. There did seem to be a problem with the standby generator, and the TV had very few channels.

I love the bathroom, and the staff are amazing with good customer care. The manager is courteous and friendly.
