The owner keeps the place really clean, and the location is excellent. I had great conversations with all the lovely people there. The breakfast was the best, especially the out of this world cinnamon role, cheesecake, and brownie, which is now the best I've ever had. The coffee is the best on the island too. I'd come back every time. Thanks Talia and Delmar, you are both exceptional.

The ocean is just steps away, and the beach is what I'd confidently call the best on the island. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and comfortable to sleep in. My girlfriend and I spent a weekend at Hospedaje Rosa Del Mar and Suites Café on Big Corn Island, and it was one of our best travel experiences. Delmar and Talia welcomed us like family from the moment we arrived. Their warmth felt completely genuine, and they shared incredible food and drinks with us. We even watched the Super Bowl with them and their visiting friends, which turned an ordinary weekend into something special and memorable. I Rosa Delmar and Suites Café is a lovely mix of comfort, beauty, and human connection. Talia and Delmar, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We can't wait to come back!

Talia and her husband were lovely, welcoming, and helpful. The room had a fridge, AC, and a super comfortable bed. We also liked the cafe: the coffee was really good, and the cinnamon swirl, banana bread, and brownies were all tasty. There are a few small shops nearby for drinks and necessities, plus a restaurant across the road and an Italian place a short walk away.

Talia, the owner, was lovely, kind, and hospitable. We didn't stay there, though the rooms looked great. We stopped by her bakery for coffee and a few baked snacks. The bakery was amazing, and it was the only place on the island where we found authentic Nicaraguan coffee. Definitely a must stop on Big Corn!
