Hotel Casa Canada

We stayed in the Casitas and would happily come back. The rooms had AC, the pool was nice, breakfast had good choices, and the staff were awesome. Internet didn't quite reach the rooms, though it worked in the shared areas.

The rooms are big, with spacious showers and A/C, and the price was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location on the island was great, and the service was amazing. They can also arrange a taxi to the airport.

The bed was comfortable, the pool excellent, and the staff were very nice. Still, I had to approach them whenever I needed anything. They spent the day and evening on their phones, seeming uninterested in helping or in having guests there. Restaurant meals were hit or miss. Cleaning and maintenance also need attention: the rooms were getting very dirty, there was gum on a picture frame, and the walls needed cleaning. Without more upkeep, the hotel is slowly being run down. It could be a great place.

For a hotel considered one of the island's best, the room had too many problems. There were ants everywhere, the shower had no hot water, and the fridge wasn't working until we asked to have it replaced. The air conditioning didn't work either, and internet was only available in the restaurant. The apartment itself was pretty good, with nice furniture, good equipment, a comfortable bed, a nice pool, and a good view from the room.
