We lost several socks and underwear after leaving our laundry here. When we returned for help, the staff member on duty was rude, didn’t check for the missing things, and made no effort to help. He seemed not to care at all. A really disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about your belongings or basic customer service.

The clothes that came back were really clean, even though they’d been filthy and smelly after a jungle trek five days earlier. We were desperate to get laundry done, so this was our only option. Still, I lost a pair of cycling shorts and some underwear, so I wouldn’t recommend using this service. We went back the next day and they said they’d checked everywhere, but couldn’t find my things. Looks like others have had the same problem.

Most of my clothes came back wet and smelling bad, and some were ruined because they didn’t separate them. They don’t fold the laundry either. The owner was a jerk. He pointed to a big sign saying customers have to sort their own clothes first, but who would know that? Terrible service. Watch out, they’ll charge you a lot while doing very little.

We lost socks and a couple of expensive tops in their laundry service, and they take no responsibility. The owner was aggressive and unpleasant, and they were very rude about it. Three friends of ours also lost clothes in their service washes here. If you do leave laundry, check that every item is there before you go. We won’t be back!
