Breakfast by the peaceful lake was a highlight, and the food was excellent every time. We also loved the kayaks and all the relaxing places to sit, including chairs and a hammock. Service was impeccable, especially from Javier, who was so friendly. We had a dream stay at Casa Marimba, and the whole team made us feel welcome. We'd gladly recommend it and return for another peaceful getaway.

The day pass runs from 10am to 6pm, and we had a table waiting when we arrived. I'd suggest messaging ahead to reserve. Booking was easy, with quick, helpful replies, and we got massages at a very reasonable price. The place is beautiful and relaxing, the food and drinks were wonderful, and the service was excellent. We rented towels for $2 each. I also liked having everything charged to my name and paying at the end.

We had a brilliant day here. The staff were friendly, the food was fantastic, and the setting right by Laguna Apoyo is beautiful. There's a wooden jetty you can swim out to and lounge on. Our hotel recommended it, and we paid $9 per person for a day pass that included a drink. We reserved in advance by WhatsApping Casa Marimba, which I'd recommend. Thanks!

Our kids, who are young adults, had a great time jumping off the dock and having fun in the deep lake. Marimba is right on the lakeshore and has a terrific restaurant and bar. The spacious rustic rooms have AC and outdoor seating areas. Such a beautiful place.

We spent the day there and really liked the location and the service. The food was amazing, especially the tasty vegan burguer and Marimba salad.
