Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Arena Atlas Hotel

The birthday card written by hand, with lucky biscuits and nuts, was such a lovely touch. I had two nights here and everything went smoothly, from the warm welcome and friendly staff to the clean room and pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious too. I've stayed in several other nearby hotels, and I'm sure this is the best one. Definitely deserves five stars, and I'll book again next time.

The bartender made me one of the best cappuccinos I had on my trip. I also had a great stay overall, with a clean, nice room and great staff. The hotel isn't in the best spot for exploring, though it's not bad, and I knew when booking that it wasn't downtown. Getting to the city center was easy enough, with a short walk to the train station.

Good value for the money, and the hotel was very clean, with rooms cleaned every day. The location worked well, and dinner at Ristorante 51 was tasty. Everyone I met on staff was polite and professional. Oscar at the front desk deserves a special thanks for making check-in feel so welcoming. I'll definitely come back.

The location is handy, right by the train station, and there's a large parking lot. The staff are friendly, the showers are great, and the hotel looks good and feels comfortable. Still, some parts don't make sense at this price. The room couldn't get warm enough for winter, and the Wi-Fi was very slow. The fitness room could use more machines too. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. It was very basic, like what you'd get at a much cheaper hotel, with hardly any vegetarian options and no vegan ones at all. The scrambled eggs weren't made in-house.
