Limehome Amsterdam Leidsekruisstraat

The most upsetting part of our stay happened that night, when a security guard came to the apartment and approached us in an offensive, completely inappropriate way. He showed us a message on a translator suggesting that we were working as prostitutes. It was clearly written, and we understood it. We felt humiliated, intruded on, and unsafe in a place where we were meant to feel secure. We had no choice but to leave right away and pay for another hotel ourselves. The apartment also wasn’t properly prepared when we arrived. There were no towels and the sofa bed hadn’t been set up. We were told to collect the bedding and towels ourselves from another room, which shouldn’t be the guests’ responsibility. It’s shocking that a company allows guests to be treated this way. This is completely unacceptable, beyond bad service. I strongly don’t recommend the place. There are many negative reviews online, and now I understand why. This was my first and last stay here. If the situation isn’t resolved and my refund isn’t issued, I’ll take the appropriate legal action.
