The only real drawback was how thin the walls were. We could easily hear people talking loudly and laughing. Apart from that, the hotel was clean and tidy, the service was impeccable, and everyone was understanding. Pretty good stay, and I’d come back soon. I’d recommend it.

You can walk to just about everything from here, and the train station is close too. Given Amsterdam prices, this motel is a great choice if location is what matters to you. I recommend it.

The room itself was spacious and clean, though the bathroom had an odor that was hard to ignore. A strong cooking oil smell from the kitchen downstairs hung around all the time too. The best thing about this hotel is how close it is to the train station. The entrance is a door next to a pizza place, then you go straight up narrow, winding stairs. There are only four rooms on each floor. We were on the third, and carrying two large suitcases up was a workout. Remember to return the key and remote to get your deposit back.

I especially enjoyed the fresh, delicious pastries. The bakery had a cozy feel, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Had a great experience here. I’d definitely recommend it and come back.

It could use some cosmetic work to freshen things up, but we had no problems during our stay. The location worked perfectly for us, with easy access to transport, bars, and restaurants. We only needed somewhere to sleep, so the basic rooms suited us and had what we needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I also liked the secure entrance. After checkout, they kindly kept our luggage in a locked storage area away from restaurant patrons.
