The staff were friendly, and the location was great. Beyond that, though, there wasn’t much to get excited about. It was economical, but basic amenities and hygiene were lacking. There was no soap, shampoo or air conditioning.

The staff were nice, but the room felt depressing because it was so tiny. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the room wasn't very tidy. Opening the door meant hitting the table.

The customer service was good, but after staff saw the bedbug, they only moved us to another room. I got bitten by another one there. The rooms were full of mold, and my kids got sick. My pillow smelled like urine. 🤢

The location was decent, but I would have much rather stayed farther from the centre in a better hotel. We paid 500 dollars a night, yet our room felt like a hostel room worth closer to $20. The way the property was maintained made the price feel like a rip-off. It was hard to believe that guests’ money was going toward looking after the place. Our basement room was next to seven garbage bags piled on top of each other, and there were trash bags around the building. The lobby felt creepy, dirty and uncomfortable, smelled strange, and had heaps of dirty towels, or so we assumed, stacked in it. We also found a mouse in our room. Then the mouse alarms went off every three seconds, with a piercing screech that made sleep or relaxing impossible. Honestly, the noise was worse than having the mouse there. Getting around the property was stressful. The stairs were very narrow and steep, and carrying luggage on them felt dangerous. In the tiny bathroom, the shower door was off its hinges and resting inside the shower. It was moldy, and water went everywhere whenever we used the shower. For 500 dollars a night, these conditions were disgraceful. This felt like an overpriced, poorly maintained hostel with serious health and safety problems. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else. I could have stayed at the Raddison for $300$ cheaper.
