Breakfast was basic but did the job, and the staff were wonderful and helpful. It's a small hotel in a fabulous location. The rooms are quite small, but very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Street noise was the downside. People walked by all night, then trucks loading things and taking rubbish made a lot of noise from 6am onward. There was no A/C either, and I felt hot in the summer. On the plus side, the location was good, the room had a kitchen, and there's a convenience store a 1 min-walk away. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The location puts you right in the heart of the city, so it's easy to get anywhere. My room was spotless and cleaned every day, and when I asked, they brought up a portable heater that kept it perfectly warm. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Highly recommended!

The building and rooms felt a bit underwhelming, and some things, like the TV and lights, weren't working properly. Still, the room was comfortable enough. It's a very central hotel with friendly, helpful staff, and the breakfast was quite decent. I just couldn't find any Nutella.

The room was splendid, with a classic two-level washroom and living room style setup. The area is beautiful, and the staff were extremely helpful and informative. Great location. I'll definitely visit again.
