We never actually got to stay, so there’s nothing to like about the place. My group and several others arrived at the scheduled check-in time, but after waiting for hours, no staff came to let anyone in. We tried repeatedly to contact both the property and the booking agents. We eventually reached the agents but never got through to anyone at the property, so we had to stay elsewhere. Definitely poor customer service.
There’s no elevator, and climbing to the upper floors is quite a workout, so I’d ask for a lower floor if possible. The building doesn’t have a large sign outside, but it’s right next to hotel agora.
Worst hotel ever. The neighboring disco was unbearably loud. The bass made the windows and furniture shake and resonate constantly, and sleeping was impossible until 5:00 AM. The bathroom was dirty too.
The room was small but compact, with old interiors that could use a facelift. The location is very nice, and Tim at reception was helpful. It’s a little expensive during the season.
A decent place, and nice overall. The stairs are crazy though, hauling luggage up them is a real workout.
