Spacious and comfortable, with everything well appointed.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff serving it were very helpful. The apartment itself was spotless, warm, and comfortable once we arrived, and we could cook with groceries from a nearby supermarket. But getting there took a 15-minute walk from check-in, which at first made me feel cheated. There was no heating at all, so it was freezing and a bit damp. The sofa smelled terrible and seemed like it hadn’t been washed in ages; I’d suggest replacing it with one upholstered in fabric.

There was no heating, the kitchen smelled of gas, and the balconies were dirty and poorly maintained. Nobody listens when you raise problems.

The apartment was lovely and just steps from the centre. We’ll definitely be back.
