De Lindenhof Restaurant Hotel Lodge

The eight-course tasting menu was phenomenal, and you can really see the talent in the kitchen. The service staff were amazing, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food. It's a stunning restaurant and hotel. I can't recommend it highly enough, a must visit!

Breakfast the next morning was on another level, eleven courses of happiness and the best breakfast I've ever had. We stayed overnight in a cozy room overlooking the beautiful garden, and dinner was absolutely delicious. The flavors worked so well together, and every dish was paired perfectly with wine. It was an explosion of flavors unlike anything I'd tasted. The people working there were kind and modest, which made the atmosphere comfortable and cozy. None of the usual fanciness or occasional arrogance you can get at some places. De Lindenhof was an amazing experience. I'll definitely go back, 10/10!

We had the eight-course menu, and the food was delicious. The flavors balanced sweetness and saltiness, as well as hot and cool elements. One of us couldn't eat regular bread, so we asked for gluten-free bread and they made it fresh. Staff were there if we had questions, and even though it was late, they let us enjoy the meal without disturbing us.

We had lunch outside in De Lindenhof's beautiful garden on a sunny day, and the warm, cordial service made us feel comfortable throughout. The cuisine has a solid French foundation, with local ingredients and lovely presentations. It holds up well alongside the other Michelin-rated restaurant in the region. The boat experience is unique, and I'd recommend it if you're here for a short time.
