The spa left me feeling that I hadn’t got the experience I paid for. It was so crowded, especially on Saturdays, that I couldn’t use the sauna at all, and the steam bath and whirlpools were just as full. The outdoor pools were a little better, but the spa felt more stressful than relaxing, and the offering didn’t justify the price. One sauna for the whole spa isn’t enough. I’d have liked more saunas, a wider choice of treatments, and sound-healing sessions like those offered at comparable spas. The “worldwide banquet” dinner was underwhelming too. Our room, on the other hand, was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with its amenities in good condition. Service staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay.

The facilities were beautiful and very well maintained, but I thought the price was high for what was included. There’s mainly a large indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and several big jacuzzis. With that many visitors, one small sauna and a hamam weren’t enough. There was nowhere to sit because everything was full and no chairs were available. Shampoo and gel weren’t provided either, and parking is paid.

I booked an anti-stress massage, and Danielle gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. Her hands felt magical. I came away relaxed and comfortable, like I’d been reborn. I really recommend it ✨️

We had a lovely à la carte dinner, and Friday night wasn’t too busy. The pool and jacuzzi could be 1-2C warmer. I agree it’s a bit expensive, but we are in The Netherlands.

The food at dinner was really tasty, proper high-end stuff, and we took dessert back to our room. Staff were accommodating and spoke great English. The whole place has a lovely look and a relaxed feel, with lots of families and mostly adults around when we were there. Kids were allowed in the sauna and steam room. The thermal area focuses more on the water than the saunas. There are indoor and outdoor pools in a natural setting, including a 37-degree pool and a 34-degree saltwater float pool, both amazing and quite unusual. There’s also a salt scrub shower, one sauna, and one steam room. You can get hot enough in the 65-degree sauna and steam room, though there isn’t an 80-degree sauna. If I had to pick something, I’d say two or three more sauna cabins around the grounds would help. Swimwear and robes are required in the thermal area. Robes and flip-flops were included for hotel guests. Fantastic hotel and spa, highly recommend.
