The hotel itself is a real sight for sore eyes when you arrive, and the location is wonderful. Inside, the room was clean and nice, and breakfast was great, with plenty to choose from, warm bread, and friendly staff. The reception was easygoing and genuinely friendly, not at all forced. You could hear music from the bar, which added to the cozy atmosphere. I'll definitely come back in the future!

The staff were very friendly, and the room seemed clean with nothing wrong with it. It was quite basic and old-fashioned, though that was about what we expected for the cheap price. Breakfast had the usual Netherlands buffet basics and enough variety. I only missed peanut butter and maybe bananas.

They serve locally brewed beer, which helps make up for the hotel's age. The building's oldness shows in all the little things: noisy rooms, odd layouts, and smelly hallways. The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre if you like old Dutch or Germanic medieval architecture. Sie sprechen auch allen Deutsch hier!

The rooms are a little dated, but clean and everything works. The building, atmosphere, and location are great, with beautiful viewpoints around the hotel and the picturesque village centre within walking distance.

The people were very good, and the atmosphere around the hotel was perfect. That kind of hospitality matters most to me when I stay somewhere. It's a nice place, and I'm going to sleep there many more times 😊😊
