All the staff I met were welcoming and really friendly. My budget room on the first floor had a bunk bed, desk, shower, toilet, TV, and strong free WiFi. It was beside the lift and stairs, so I could hear other guests coming in at night, but it only lasted a minute and was generally quiet. The hotel serves breakfast for an extra charge. I went to Jordy's bakery instead, just a five-minute walk away. Shops are right around the corner. The location’s handy, about 15 minutes on foot from Rotterdam Centraal stn and 20 minutes from City Centre. A very nice hotel to stay in.

A lovely place in a nice location, close to the metro, tram, shops, a supermarket around the corner, and good restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was small but very clean, and the shower was great. There’s no kettle, though they provided water when I asked. I’d happily recommend it and stay again. Thankyou!

The price is very good for what you get, and I’d highly recommend the hotel. It’s a small, family-run place in a great location. The rooms are compact, but thoughtfully furnished with everything you need. They were very clean and well-kept, cleaned daily, with fresh towels always available. Breakfast was good, with plenty of wholemeal bread, muesli, sausage, and cheese. The staff were very nice. Endrachtsplain metro station is about seven minutes away on foot, and line B takes you to Hoek van Holland beach in 40 minutes. Really great.

The reception staff made the stay for me. I was travelling alone with my dog, and they were so kind and welcoming to both of us, making sure we were comfortable. The hotel is dog friendly for a fee. My simple room wasn’t outdated and had everything I needed. It’s very well located, close to the main station and the heart of the city centre. I thought breakfast was very good, with enough variety. Great quality for the price, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time I’m in Rotterdam!

The room was roomy and came with a private outdoor balcony, great value for the money. Service was excellent, and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and had a good sense of humour.
