The room was clean, spacious, and well stocked. It was also surprisingly quiet and well insulated for a spot so close to the city centre, which is easy to reach on foot. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuine.

The room was spacious and very clean, with lots of fresh towels and really comfortable beds. The hotel’s easy to find in central Rotterdam. Receptionist Eren was incredibly helpful: he printed 10 pages of travel tickets, answered all my questions about storing my bags, and made it seem like no trouble at all. He also gave me directions to nearby bars, clubs, and the city centre. Would recommend to everyone. 10/10

We couldn’t sleep because the air in the room was so stale and hot. Opening the window brought in a lot of street noise, but it was noisy even with the window shut. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel.

Prices are reasonable, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel is a short distance from the train station and shopping centre, with a tram stop right out front, which is a plus. It’s right by the road, so keep that in mind if street noise bothers you. I didn’t notice much noise myself. Make sure to book ahead.

We had a great stay at Hotel Emma. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and a decent size. Breakfast is a very short walk away at Baker & Moore. The location was excellent, about 15 minutes from Rotterdam Centraal and the shops. My room faced the main road, across from a bar, but I didn’t hear noise from there at night. I’ll definitely stay again.
