The reception team is great and always tries to help. The building itself is nice, though the small gym and the recurring trouble with the lifts and intercom are frustrating. Those things keep needing repairs.

It's a nice piece of architecture and makes a good photo stop. Since it's part of rotterdam, it's worth passing by on the way to other spots around the city.

Beautiful place. One odd thing if you're looking to rent: you may be asked to pay for a floor before moving in. That feels strange in the Netherlands.
