I had a single room with a window that wouldn't close, so I asked to move. The manager told me there was another room, but it was much smaller and very warm. When I complained again because I expected an upgrade rather than a downgrade, the owner lost his temper. He threatened to beat me up if I didn't leave immediately and called me a d*#k in Dutch. I was shocked to be treated that way over a legitimate complaint. The owner probably just doesn't care anymore.

A perfect breakfast, clean modern rooms, and very sweet, helpful people. The hotel is in a beautiful location, especially if you like walking.

The hotel itself was pretty good, but the staff were rude.
