I like this hotel and had enjoyed staying here before, so I booked again expecting things to go smoothly. A problem with the Radisson Hotels app and slow customer service meant my first two nights had to be booked through another agency. I then went to the Utrecht hotel myself and arranged four more nights with help from the receptionist. The support number customer service gave me wasn't active, so I couldn't reach them by phone and had to visit in person. The receptionist, who I think was a young man named Luka, was very helpful and even tried to contact the central team. I'm grateful for his help. If the hotel hadn't been close to where I was, I honestly don't know how I would have sorted it out. Emails were taking about two days to get a reply, which is too slow when a reservation is urgent. I hope this feedback helps improve that part of the service. Thank you.

We ended up stuck in Utrecht during the snow storm, so we booked a night with our baby and two dogs. The staff were amazing. They went out of their way to help us and thought about what our baby and pets needed as well as accommodating us. They were proactive, and even in those circumstances we felt welcome and cozy. 100% recommend!

The hotel staff were very kind and the rooms were great. I did slip in the shower, though, because there was no covering on the floor and it was extremely slippery. The location is great, but the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at night, with lots of shady businesses. Breakfast costs 21 euro per person.

It's a modern, stylish hotel, but being so close to the train tracks made it hard to sleep. Even on a high floor, the rolling trains and metal-on-track noise came through. Earplugs for guests would help. It would also be nice to have water bottles waiting on arrival, since there wasn't any bottled water in the room.

I've spent two weeks here on and off, and this is one of the rare hotels I felt like reviewing. The location is great, and the staff really seem to care about how your stay is going. The receptionists are so kind, sweet, and helpful, they deserve an appreciation day. I keep recommending this place and will be happy to come back.
