We found the flat okay, and it was clean when we arrived. Apartment nr 8 is on the 4th floor with no elevator. For our family of four, the setup worked: a double bed in one bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room and kitchen. There were overflowing rubbish bins outside the front door, which wasn't pleasant. The place feels like the owners started with high renovation ambitions but didn't finish or maintain everything. The hallway work is incomplete. In the bathroom, the double shower is nice, but there's no towel dryer, the wall mounted soap dispenser is missing, and the mirror lights don't work. The bedroom has no bed lamps, and a framed picture is still waiting to be hung. In the kitchen, there's no strainer, dish brush, or cutlery box, and two of the three blinds are broken. There were no chairs, so we had to sit on the bed to eat, despite a folded dining table being there. Maybe the coffee table could be removed next time. Fixing these basic things would make it much better.

I'd give zero stars if I could. The apartment had lots of things that didn't work, and the service was very poor. The bedroom doors wouldn't close, the sofa bed mattress was dirty, the extractor fan was broken, and the alarm kept going off so we couldn't cook. There were only three chairs for four people, and an open bathroom pipe gave off a smell. The digital door lock was also really difficult to use. We called about getting a frying pan and an extra chair, and having the extractor fixed, but the number went to voicemail. They were slow to answer messages, and didn't solve any of it.

The entrance was a mess with overflowing garbage bins, and the windows were very dirty. In the kitchen there was a cooktop without a frying pan, an oven but no oven mitts, and a sink with no dishwashing supplies. There wasn't even any kitchen paper.

Well, let's see... there had been a dog in our room before us, and they hadn't cleaned properly at all. I found dog hair on the sofa. The Wi-Fi was bad, and from what I could tell, there was no washing machine.
