The customer service was really helpful. My fiancé and I booked a spa room for our anniversary, and the bathtub in the middle of the room came with a beautiful view. Such a lovely stay, we’ll definitely be back!

A few little delays during check-in, but it still saved us time compared with waiting in a reception line. We were here with family, and the days flew by. It was great spending that time with you. If you’re considering a family trip, you won’t regret it.

The apartment had a great balcony view from the 9th floor, and the whole building felt more residential than hotel-like. It’s easy to reach from Lillestrom train station, with the airport 15 minutes away by train and downtown Oslo another 15. The furnishings are classy, the apartment and building look stylish, and the kitchen is modern. There’s also a washing machine. We got access details before our visit, and the app was easy to use, with the WiFi code and information on the apartment facilities. A supermarket is close by, along with several restaurants. LUX Hotel was an excellent stay.
