I think this is the cheapest Scandic in Oslo, and it’s centrally located, but you can feel that in the rooms. The service and breakfast were excellent. If all you need is a bed and breakfast, it could suit you.

Great spot and good value for a cozy, nice hotel. My first-floor room faced the inner yard, and that view was depressing. Still, the room itself was clean and cozy.

A pleasant hotel with clean, smart rooms, and the breakfast was nice. There’s only one reception desk, so you may have to wait to check in or out. The rooms are tiny, though. Fine if you just need a bed for the night and don’t have much luggage, but I stayed three nights and wanted more space.

The location is stunning, and the breakfast had loads of choice. The staff were lovely and helpful, and made sure things were clean. Our room was a little too small, and the bed creaked a bit. It was also noisy, since you could hear people out in the streets around the hotel.

A great hotel if you want to stay near central Oslo. The rooms are small, and there’s no minibar for cold drinks. The staff were nice, though, and gave us a whole bucket of ice to use. Four stars.
