The service team were worth more than what you pay, and I had a good experience overall. The location is about what you'd expect for the price. There weren't coins for the shower or washing machine. I didn't find the same issues that earlier reviewers mentioned, maybe the rooms and service have had some upgrades. A good budget option, I'd recommend it.

The rooms were far dirtier than the Google photos suggest. We found a cigarette butt under the bed, and the kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The central location is good, but the condition of the place was terrible.

The host was really nice, and we got a good upgrade. Our first room felt a bit busy, but the second was bigger and much nicer. The neighborhood is noisy and leaves something to be desired. You get what you pay for.

I canceled half an hour after booking, but they refused to refund anything. They still had my room available to rent again as well as keeping my money. That felt very dishonest.

I can't understand how Booking.com lets this place stay listed, or how it can remain open in Oslo. The lounge had drunks, and there was filth, bad smells and a feeling of insecurity. It's disgusting. Don't book a room here.
