Update: they finally fixed the missing bonus points. The staff are very good and friendly, though I think management could sort out some of the other problems. The elevators can take a while, and the cleaners use them too since there's no separate staff elevator. There's no air conditioning, so rooms get hot in summer. I asked for my room to be cleaned after three nights and had to ask several times before anyone came. Parking is also ridiculously expensive. I was missing three nights of bonus points, and when I asked, they initially said they couldn't award them afterward.

The room itself was fine, and the blackout curtains were excellent, but the sink didn't drain properly, the bedding had holes and damage, and we had to hang towels over the toilet. The hallways were dirty and hadn't been vacuumed. The lobby coffee machine is free, but it didn't work. There was no parking, breakfast wasn't included as standard, there was no room cleaning, and the Wi-Fi was painfully slow. The soundproofing between rooms was poor, so it was noisy. Oddly, the elevator shows a parking level, but it clearly isn't for guests. I don't know how the Kommune allowed a hotel like this to be built without a usable guest parking garage. At check-in, a rude, disrespectful woman at the front desk was condescending and dismissive to my wife, who was checking in without me. I'd gone to the hotel beforehand to make sure that was okay, and a friendly staff member assured me it would be. Instead, the staff member at check-in threw the keys on the desk and demanded a card from my wife, though she wasn't required to have one. Not impressed.

The view is beautiful, and the front desk staff are welcoming and kind. The rooms are cramped, though I can see how they'd fit 22x21 rooms. The hotel says it has air conditioning, but the rooms are only heated. Everything in town is within walking distance.

There were football players, around 14 to 16 at most, running around the hotel after midnight and making noise that disturbed other guests. They even complained because they wanted to? The hotel should think about why kids or teenagers are allowed to behave like that.
