Trondheim Apartment Hotel

There was plenty of space, and the WiFi worked reasonably well. That was about all I liked. The dishes were dirty, the floor was even worse, and I doubt the kitchen fan filters had ever been cleaned. The shower was a letdown too. The room was tiny, the curtain was filthy, and it was so dark, with just one depressing yellow light. The living room cabinet doors rattled whenever anyone walked through the apartment, even my one-year-old. Despite the claim that it was soundproofed, we could hear everything outside and from the other apartment clearly, a problem with the train station right next door. They say reception is open 24/7, but it mostly meant calling the owner, who lives nearby. I found all our interactions with the owner unprofessional. Parking was awful, just public street parking, and we were lucky to find a spot. Honestly, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I'd advise people to avoid it.
