Sakshi at the reception helped with all my bookings and kept the whole stay smooth and comfortable. She really went the extra mile. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help during my excellent stay at Vivanta Hotel, Bharatpur. I’d highly recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free visit.

Nishan, our room service waiter, really stood out. He was professional, courteous, and attentive, bringing meals promptly and checking that everything was to our liking. He handled requests for extra towels and a meal arrangement with a smile and efficiency, which made the service feel personal and memorable. The staff were warm from the moment we arrived at Hotel Vivanta, and the spacious rooms, good amenities, and well-kept hotel all added to a stay that exceeded my expectations. I’ll return and recommend it to friends and family. Kudos to Nishan and the whole team for making our visit special.

Dinner at Vivanta is something I come back for. Each time, the atmosphere feels comfortable and welcoming, and the polite, friendly staff are always ready to help. The service and hospitality really do make a difference. Swostika at the front desk deserves a special mention: her warm smile, gentle manner, and professional welcome make me feel valued whenever I arrive. I appreciate her positive energy and hard work, along with that of the entire team. Vivanta never disappoints.

Our group of 85 enjoyed staying here. The staff were cooperative and gave all the guests a special welcome with a Nepali cotton scarf. It’s a very convenient spot within the city, and overall, a good hotel to stay at. Great 👍
