Beli Nepal Hotel

My whole group had a horrible experience and none of us felt good about staying here. The staff’s service was disgusting, and they didn’t know how to treat customers. They kept threatening us while we were just talking with friends. I’d recommend that you not visit because of these uncivilised staff.

The receptionist tried to charge me for almost every service, even the complimentary breakfast. I’d booked through oyo, but was charged much more than the actual price, and the room didn’t look like the picture. The staff were very unprofessional, and I wouldn’t suggest staying here.

The room smelled bad and had poor sanitation, old broken furnishings, no bathroom hangers, and even a rat. The wifi was very slow, and hot water wasn’t available early in the morning or late at night.

There was no table, chair, mirror, or hot water in the room, and the tea and coffee came without milk. The food was poor, the service was poor, and the staff were rude. Even asking for extra bread or a spoon of butter meant paying more. Altogether, an awful hotel. Don’t stay.
