Our stay was a bad experience overall. The manager was rude and pressured us to use the hotel vehicle, which cost 5000 INR. The next day, a local taxi driver charged us 3000 INR. The hotel driver was genuinely sweet and kind, though, the one good thing about the staff. Be careful about arranging a vehicle through the manager or staff.

We had no hot water, and the service was bad. The person who arranged our Kathmandu to Pokhara package kept changing the price when we questioned it, and I feel he cheated us. Everything seemed to cost double. Don't book packages through them, it's easy to go on your own instead of paying twice as much. If you're greedy and make money by cheating people, karma won't leave you.

I loved the hotel and its location near durbar square, which works well for a short stay. The faucet was faulty, which is why I gave it a low rating.
