The welcome at [Hotel bagmati] made the biggest impression on me. The staff were warm and quick to help, and the place felt like a home away from home. I also really enjoyed the [garden/parking/restaurant/breakfast/open space]. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the amenities I needed. Being close to [airport/market/tourist spots] made getting around easy. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend [Hotel bagmati] to anyone visiting [kathmandu pashupati area]. I’d come back.

There’s a small market close to the place, and the airport and Pashupti temple are nearby too. The bigger markets are farther out, around 7-8 km, so they’re not really walkable.

We had two rooms for four people, and they were nice enough for a budget-friendly stay. They’re older rooms, but you do get a view of the city. The location is especially convenient for visiting the temple or getting to the airport.

If sharing a room with cockroaches sounds like fun, give this hotel a go. The staff seem to like them, along with unhygienic conditions and disrespecting guests.
