The location was just right, with plenty of parking space, and the service was awesome with a friendly atmosphere. Best experience I’ve had at this hotel.

The room smelled terrible, and there was someone else’s vest behind the bed. I arrived at 1 am and found it very difficult to stay even until 7 am. I moved to a nearby hotel, paid the full amount there too, and didn’t get breakfast, even though my full payment at HOTEL HEMA included it. I was so disappointed with the room and service. How can a hotel charge customers without keeping up basic hygiene? The staff were rude and the service was poor and mannerless. This hotel didn’t deserve even one star. Please don’t waste your money or time here.

The location is good for getting to TIA, but the price isn’t worth it. It’s an old property with poor service and rude staff.

The kids had a good playing area, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful family stay with the children and will definitely come back.

The hotel has an amazing ambience, and the staff showed great hospitality. We had a great experience at Hotel Hema, one of the best places to stay around the airport area.
