The staff were thoughtful and easy to deal with. The hotel is in a lively spot, with lots of restaurants and shops right outside, and I loved the atmosphere. My room needed a much more thorough clean, especially the dirty, poorly maintained bathroom. At night the rooftop bar noise came through and made it harder to sleep.

I spent two nights here, and the location in the middle of Thamel's entertainment area is great. The front desk service stood out, and for the price the room was decent, with AC and hot water. The only issue was that the bathroom water sometimes smelled bad.

Thamel is a great base, with restaurants, shops, trekking gear and art stores all nearby. The staff were warm and polite, too. Still, I wouldn't book again: the toilet wouldn't flush even after they said they'd fixed it, and the seat was broken. Hot water took ages, the bed was average at best, and the front rooms got very noisy at night.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful, and the prices are great. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar's atmosphere and view, plus the delicious food. The rooms are okay, though water problems sometimes made it stressful to get somewhere on time. It's not perfect, but it works well enough for a short stay.

The room was clean and nice, and the rest of the hotel was lovely too. I went with a friend and we had a really good time. The staff and management were very good.
