Raj was a super manager, really kind and handsome, ha. He helped us with lots of things, like shopping and flight tickets. The staff were sweet, the room comfortable, and breakfast delicious. My family and I had a wonderful stay, and we’re so grateful to Raj and everyone there for the unforgettable memories. Hope to see you again. ❤️❤️❤️

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with lots of fresh, well-prepared choices to start the day. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully cared for, so it was easy to relax. The staff and owner were warm-hearted and hospitable, always ready to help and making us feel at home. From check-in and requests to everyday interactions, everyone was kind, patient, and professional. We felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. This felt like coming home, not just staying at a hotel. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone wanting a welcoming, comfortable place.

After only a few days, I felt at home, almost like part of the family. That warm, human atmosphere really makes a difference. Every person there was attentive, smiling, and ready to help with genuine care, so I felt valued rather than just like a guest. I’m sincerely grateful to the whole team for such a kind welcome. The room I was upgraded to on arrival was comfortable and new. But the AC shut off during the night, and cigarette smoke from another room came into my non-smoking room through the bathroom. The bathroom vents seemed to be connected, and unpleasant toilet smells from other rooms too often filled my room. I found it challenging to deal with the manager/owner. He comes across as charmingly friendly, but his communication can also be toxic. I wouldn’t return. There are lots of choices in Thamel and Boudhinath.
