The staff were the highlight for us, always ready to help and sharing great ideas for places to visit around the city. The location felt safe and was very convenient, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Our room was quiet and clean, with all the amenities we needed, just as shown in the photos. For the price, this was great value and a pleasant stay. I’d recommend it to families and couples.

From beginning to end, the hotel was supportive in every way. When you’re in Mustang, it’s hard to find a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

At about 10:30 p.m., I noticed there was no sugar for the tea or coffee in my room and called reception. They said they couldn’t help, since sugar was a housekeeping item and could only be arranged by 6:30 in the morning. It’s ridiculous that the front desk couldn’t get a basic supply or find a simple solution for a guest at night. A very disappointing experience and poor service, with no initiative.

The ground floor feels too dark and cold. They also made the top-floor restaurant look like an ugly party palace. It used to be such a beautiful, peaceful spot by the pool, where you could sit and look out at the city, hills, and sun.

The cleaning was especially good, and everyone treated me with a lot of respect. I want to thank the housekeeping staff, reception, restaurant team, and all the staff at Hotel Shambala. Special appreciation for sister Sarita, Junu, Roshni & Reshma. It was my first stay here, and I really liked the hotel and its polite staff.
