Breakfast was the standout for us: a huge range of cuisines and food styles, everything we tried was delicious, and the restaurant staff were consistently warm and attentive. Shriya at reception also went out of her way to help with a few things, including arrangements for our Everest mountain flight. We had a wonderful, luxurious stay at The Soaltee Kathmandu. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and the property has plenty of open areas to walk around. Being a little away from central Kathmandu made it feel more peaceful and relaxed. There’s an in-house casino, but after seeing mixed reviews online we decided not to go in; it looked fairly small from outside anyway. The hospitality throughout was excellent, and the stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

We came for brunch and had a great time. The food was tasty and well prepared, and the service stayed excellent throughout. Mr. Sudip Rai and Mr. Bibek Shrestha were especially welcoming, attentive, and professional, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

I had a road accident while I was out of the city, then came back and asked the hotel for help. The duty manager at the front desk, whose name I didn’t catch, maybe Krishan or something starting with K, was so helpful and kept checking on me. The staff arranged a hospital visit, and when I returned he made sure I was okay. Everyone was approachable and respectful. I was traveling alone, so I really appreciate how kindly they looked after me; it made a big difference.

The pool, restaurants, and overall feel of The Soaltee add a lot to the stay, and the location is convenient. It has an elegant, well-kept property with a luxurious but welcoming atmosphere. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax. The staff I met were polite, professional, and sincerely helpful, and their warm hospitality made the visit more enjoyable. A great fit for either leisure or business.

The gym had good equipment, and the pool area was clean, well cared for, and relaxing. We had an enjoyable stay at this beautiful 5-star hotel. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. Food was outstanding, with plenty of delicious choices and excellent service the whole time. A fantastic option for leisure or business, highly recommended.
