Hotel Yambu

They even showed me around different parts of Kathmandu when I was travelling alone. I’ve stayed here twice, and I’m planning to come back next year. The rooms are clean and warm, the showers work well, and breakfast was very nice. They also kept my luggage while I went to Bhutan. I’d happily recommend the hotel.

We had a comfortable room, and the staff were so helpful. Mr. Bhatta arranged a comfortable bus to pokhara and drove us to the bus park himself. The location and service were excellent, and the restaurant food was delicious. Breakfast comes with the stay, and black tea is available any time, day or night. I’d stay again.

After our eight days of trekking, Raj let us leave our bags at the hotel, gave us breakfast and lemon tea, and arranged a ride to the airport that night. Earlier, when my husband and I arrived late, friendly staff met us at the airport and showed us to our room. Breakfast the next morning was incredible. Raj also helped us catch a night bus to Pokhara, taking us to the bus himself. We felt very well looked after.

The rooms were well maintained, and everything during my stay went smoothly. The staff were genuinely welcoming and always ready to help, which made me feel cared for. I did have trouble getting a cab arranged at midnight. That was inconvenient, though I know the area and managed easily, so it wasn't a major problem for me. I had a really good stay at Hotel Yambu in Kathmandu and would consider coming back.
