The spa at Indreni was a very bad experience. The place felt dirty and second class, from the dusty stairs leading up to it to the used linen on the floor and random furniture lying around. The shower area was nasty too, with vomit in one of the showers. They didn't even have spa music in the room or decent quality soap for showering, small things perhaps, but still disappointing. The masseuses seemed unprofessional. They talked throughout the massage and asked questions I considered private, and I'm pretty sure they hadn't taken proper massage courses. The person who massaged my friend was so rough that her hand was left with red marks and a little swollen. There was no proper way to separate the men's and women's spa areas, and we had to wait a long time because a guy was "sleeping inside the sauna". For a Nepali spa, this wasn't exactly cheap either. All in all, if you're looking for an unprofessional, dirty, and mismanaged spa, the one at Indreni Suite is the place to go.

We had grilled chicken at BEV Lounge, Indreni Suites, and it was delicious. The panoramic city view and pleasant atmosphere made it a lovely place to unwind over a meal in Kathmandu. Service was warm and professional too.

The rooms are spacious and nice, but getting to the hotel isn't easy. Service was pathetic, and even after explaining what could be improved, they didn't seem ready to make changes.
