I had a very bad experience here. The service was poor, the manager didn’t cooperate with customers, and the staff treated us badly.

I had a really good experience at royal kusum hotel. It felt luxurious, heavenly, flexible, and amazing, just extraordinary and super. If you’re looking for a top hotel in Kathmandu valley, I’d suggest it to everyone. I have no doubt about it, no risk, 100% royal.

kusum hotel is in a really bad state now. Maybe it was good before covid started, when business was better, but the room was damp and dusty, blankets included. When I tapped one, dust rose up. The bathroom is poorly laid out, too, so taking a shower sends water into the room.

Booking here felt like a risk, and I had a terrible stay. The manager was awful and undisciplined, while the staff communicated badly. Overall, it was a bad experience and the hotel did nothing to live up to its name.

After travelling more than 500 km, we had to look for another hotel. We’d booked through OYO and paid in advance, but were given a different room from the one we booked. The way they treated us made it seem like we expected to stay for free. I hate seeing customers treated like that.
