For more than nine days, my grandfather and I ate here while we were in the area for religious work at pashupatinath temple. We last ate on 20th Baisakh 2083. We really loved the food and service, and the staff were warm and sweet. Thanks for the kind service, Hotel Natraj❤️ We'd love to come back soon.

We asked for HOT WATER at 4am because we wanted to go to the temple early, but were told it wasn't available until 6am. The night shift guy was the worst person of Nepal, the dead opposite of the people in the country. He was ready to hit us and make us leave the room.

The location is ideal, close to pashupatinath temple, and I felt really good about the friendly atmosphere and service.

The rooms were quite dirty, and the blankets weren't clean either. The bathroom was so tiny you could hardly fit in, and the shower didn't work properly. Their vegetarian restaurant was messy, too. I saw them dunking large jugs into the water container, which was gross.
