I was disappointed with the room and service. The bed creaked loudly whenever I moved, so I barely slept, and the fan stopped in the morning, leaving the room hot and stuffy. Room service also spilled hot tea on the serving plate, and nobody apologized. I’ve stayed at their properties every two or three days and used to pay 900 NPR, or even 700 through the OYO app. This time they charged 1250 NPR and wouldn’t give me a 300 NPR discount. After all those visits, that felt greedy and showed little care for regular guests. For that price, the service was awful. Save your money and stay away.

The bed was comfortable, the place felt cozy, and the food and service were good. I had a small issue with the hot water, but otherwise the stay was great.

I spent quite a bit of time here and found the service good. The hotel itself was good, but there isn't any good halal food near it.
