The location was good, within walking distance of the Departure gate, and the room was just about okay for one night. But a lot of things weren’t working: the intercom, hot water, and internet. The bed mattress was very hard, and there wasn’t a menu in the room, so I had to call reception whenever I wanted food. I asked to move to a room where everything worked, but they wouldn’t change it.

The restaurant was the worst I’ve come across. I ordered just 3 beers, but they charged me for 4 and wouldn’t check the camera footage. Some of their dogs were barking behind us while people swore at us. It nearly turned into a fight. The hotel itself wasn’t bad.

It was a great stay, and I’d recommend the place. The rooms were clean, the staff super friendly, and the service was great. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere too. It’s a nice place to relax, especially with the airport nearby.

The staff were so welcoming that I felt like writing this review. The area is quiet, and there’s air conditioning and a TV in the room. Of the three hotels we stayed at in Kathmandu, this was easily the cleanest and best. Highly recommendable!

The rooms are okay for a reasonable price, and it’s close to the airport Departure gate. Thanks to all the friendly, helpful staff for the wonderful service.
