This was the worst service I’ve experienced. Their agents brought us to the hotel and told us that meals, breakfast, the club, and everything else were included in the hotel price. About an hour later, the agents disappeared. When we asked reception, they said they didn’t know who those people were, even though their phone number was saved on their mobile.

We only stayed one night, but the food and service were a pleasant surprise. We ordered momo and wai wai sadeko with beers; everything tasted good and came out VERY quickly. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. I’d been put off by some older reviews and wasn’t expecting much, but I’d gladly stay again.

Good, friendly staff for a budget hotel. There was no water, coffee powder, or milk powder.

For what you pay, this is one of the best hotels.

It can be hard to spot from the main road. The hotel is opposite Ratna Book Distributors Pvt. Ltd., with Agricultural Development Bank Limited as another landmark. There’s plenty of space at the entrance, parking, and a beautiful lobby and dining hall. My room was clean, if a little cramped, and the washroom was clean with good fittings.
