The rooms were clean and decent for a budget hotel, and the staff were warm and went out of their way to help. They took care of all sorts of things for us, including transport and storing our luggage.

8/10
The rooms were good, but I couldn't understand why breakfast was served cold. There wasn't a morning buffet either, even though breakfast was included.

I couldn't check in early, even though a room was ready. Poor management meant there was no housekeeping staff available, so I wasn't able to get into the room.

10/10
The staff were kind and quick to respond, from check-in through checkout. They helped with bags, shared tips on local places, and made us feel welcome. The rooms and dining areas were spotless, and the rooms had fresh sheets, clean bathrooms, good light, and a peaceful feel. The food was delicious, fresh, and comforting, with options for personal preferences, though it was expensive. Prices felt affordable for the comfort and service. Near the airport, Regal is handy for transport, markets, and food. I had a wonderful stay and would come back to Kathmandu.

The rooms feel cramped, and better cleaning could make them more comfortable. I also wasn't happy with the internet service.
