Breakfast at Atrium Restaurant was a highlight, and Cloud Zero on the 7th floor has a lovely view across Kathmandu and the airport traffic. The food tasted great, room service brought hot food quickly, and the Wi-Fi worked well in my room. I also appreciated the quiet, safe room and hallways, smiling staff, daily linen changes, the gym, and the local and sports channels on TV. The building is non-smoking, and the hotel is less than 900 m from the airport, which is why I chose it. The room was clean, but the condition fell short: paint was cracked, there was webbing in the wall corners, and the restroom exhaust fan didn't work. I'd still recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near the airport.

The hotel gives you views toward both the airport and Kathmandu, and it's a convenient place to stay around the airport. The food wasn't that good, though. You can eat at aero thakali next door instead, and the Thakali thali is worth trying.

I enjoyed my one-night stay, especially the revolving restaurant and its wide city view. The food was amazing, though breakfast isn't served as a buffet when there are only a few guests. The rooms are decent and average in size, and the price seemed fair for this standard. It's right across from Kathmandu Airport.

The night staff member, who I think was security, treated me badly and was very rude. They don't seem to know how to speak to guests. The food was poor too: I ordered mutton biryani and it had no taste. There weren't any slippers in the room, and the hospitality was bad. Sorry to say it, but the service needs to improve. We pay for good service, not waste management.
