Lisno Restaurant And Lodge by OYO Rooms

We booked through OYO and received confirmation by email and text. I even called the hotel while we were on the way to confirm. Once we arrived, the owner said he wouldn't give us a room at the price we booked and wanted twice as much. I didn't want to argue, so I contacted OYO through the app, then tried their local number without getting through. Their international line finally answered, but the woman put me on hold for 6-7 minutes. Since it was an international call, I had to hang up. OYO never followed up then. I was travelling with kids and elderly parents, so rather than pay double, we had to find and book another hotel at the last minute. Nearly 4 hours later, OYO called to apologize and say it wouldn't happen again. It was a really disappointing experience. OYO's response was a joke, and the hotel's behavior felt unprofessional and inhuman.

The owner was so kind, and the room and toilet were comfortable. They also served delicious food. The hotel is located near “ swoyambhu nath”.

The owner is generous, and the stay was comfortable. Prices for both the room and food seemed fair. Recommended.

Mosquitoes everywhere, and the place is missing a lot of facilities. The owner also imposes unnecessary restrictions. It's expensive and not worth what you'll pay, so keep it as a last option.
