New Annapurna Guest House

The room was spotless and comfortable, the nights were quiet, and breakfast was delicious. What stood out most was how supportive the owners were. They speak Japanese, which helped me feel at ease, and when I needed to make an international call soon after arriving, they let me use their phone and encouraged me. It was so comforting that staying there felt like being part of Sury's family. They can arrange tours too. I booked a taxi tour to see the sights, and the driver was kind, so I had a wonderful time. If you're undecided about where to stay in Pokhara, I'd choose this place without hesitation.

The owner and his family were really friendly and helped organize all sorts of things. Breakfast was included and very good. The guesthouse has a peaceful garden, and the rooms are spacious and extremely clean, with AC and genuinely hot showers. It's on street 2B, so reaching the center of lakeside takes a bit of a walk, maybe 10/15min, but that also makes the nights quiet.

Breakfast in the lovely garden was one of my favorite parts of the day, fresh and delicious in such a peaceful spot. The WiFi was excellent too, so staying connected was easy. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived, and the clean, cozy, comfortable room made the family-run hotel feel like home, with first-class service. The staff helped me sort out every detail, from yoga and trekking to booking flights, and made the trip feel smooth and stress-free. A great mix of comfort, convenience, and real hospitality. I highly recommend it.

The location worked really well, easy to get around Lakeside while still being quiet. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and I loved the garden. The price was very reasonable. Staff were super friendly and kept checking that I was comfortable. They helped book buses, shared recommendations, and offered adventure packages. Breakfast was amazing, and they adapted it to my needs with vegan food.
